Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

• Qualified Hairdresser with a recognised hairdressing certificate
• Strong technical skills in hairdressing or barbering
• Minimum of 2 years’ salon experience
• Experience working with Redken and/or L’Oréal professional products is a big plus
• Experience in a professional or premium salon environment preferred
• Excellent cutting, colouring, and styling skills
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy salon environment
• Sales ability and related salon product knowledge
• Willingness to learn and grow (Trainable)
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Contactable references
