We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and customer-focused Services & Support Assistant / Co-ordinator to support our technical services environment and help ensure the smooth day-to-day coordination of service operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced technical environment, thrives on organisation and communication, and can confidently coordinate between customers, technicians, suppliers and internal teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating technical support and service-related requests from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Providing support and administration across online customer and partner support portals.
- Logging, tracking and managing service tickets, repairs, installations and support cases.
- Scheduling technician appointments, onsite visits and service deliveries.
- Following up on outstanding jobs, escalations and customer communication.
- Assisting with service administration, documentation and reporting.
- Coordinating stock, parts and equipment required for technical support and repair activities.
- Maintaining accurate updates across internal systems, service platforms and online support portals.
- Supporting the technical team with operational planning and workflow management.
- Ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the service and support process.
- Assisting with SLA tracking, escalations and service performance reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years’ experience in a technical support administration, service coordination or operational support role.
- Experience supporting and managing online support portals, ticketing systems or customer service platforms.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding technical service workflows.
- Experience working with ERP systems, CRM platforms or service management tools advantageous.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience within IT, telecommunications, retail technology or technical services environments advantageous.
- Relevant diploma, certificate or qualification in Administration, IT Support, Operations or related field preferred.
