- Support onboarding and orientation sessions for new learners.
- Assist with scheduling, assessments, and certification preparation.
- Ensure compliance with programme standards and expectations.
- Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- AWS Cloud knowledge and practical understanding of AWS services.
- Experience facilitating training, coaching, mentoring, or teaching.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage groups in both virtual and classroom environments.
- Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts.
- AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Solutions Architect Associate).
- Previous experience facilitating AWS re/Start or similar technical programmes.
- Experience working with learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of learning management systems and virtual training platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Organised and detail oriented.

Job Purpose
The AWS Facilitator is responsible for delivering and supporting technical training within the AWS Programme environment. The role focuses on facilitating engaging learning sessions, supporting learners throughout the programme journey, monitoring attendance and performance and ensuring that learners are adequately prepared for certification and workplace readiness.
