About the Role
We are seeking a proficient Administrator for our Creditors team at Ford Kempton Park. This role focuses on the management and processing of creditor accounts, ensuring accurate financial records and timely payments. You will play a vital part in maintaining the financial health of our operations, contributing to overall efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage creditor accounts by recording and processing invoices accurately and promptly.
- Perform reconciliations of creditor statements to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies.
- Facilitate communication with suppliers and internal teams regarding payment queries and resolutions.
- Prepare and maintain reports on creditor payments and outstanding balances for review.
- Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures while applying best practices in creditor management.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to creditor accounts.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline payment processes and improve efficiency.
- Support audits and provide necessary documentation related to creditor accounts as required.

Requirements
- Proven track record in creditor management or accounts payable, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Demonstrable experience with accounting software and financial systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while adhering to deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and its financial practices is an advantage.
- Certification in bookkeeping or accounts payable management would be beneficial.
