We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager/Mine Foreman with strong Mining experience to oversee production operations on a Sand Mine near Khayelitsha, Western Cape

Overseeing all operations, both on site and in the office {administration}, managing workers, coordinating production and monitoring all site systems.

You should also be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs

Track and record production plans and forecasts as well as identifying and flagging potential risk areas

Ensure the safe use of equipment (Earth Moving/Construction/ Extraction/Material Hauling/Processing/Storage and Stockpiling/Shipping/Facilities, Maintenance and Operations) Schedule regular maintenance of equipment
