Employer: MSP Staffing (PTY) LTD

An opportunity exists for a Structural Engineer / Technologist to join our client’s Western Cape-based office. This is an in-office position suited to a motivated junior professional seeking growth within a structural engineering consulting environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in structural design and detailing of various projects
Support preparation of structural calculations and reports
Assist with development of design drawings and documentation
Participate in site inspections and technical assessments
Liaise with senior engineers on project requirements and outputs
Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices
Maintain organised and accurate project records

Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

BSc or BTech in Engineering (Civil/Structural)
2–5 years’ experience in structural engineering
Own vehicle required
Based in the Western Cape

Competencies:

Strong numerical and technical ability
Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
Good communication and teamwork skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work in a structured consulting environment
