An exciting international opportunity is available for a Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial construction experience. Our client requires a driven professional to join their team on a remote site in Malaysia for a 12-month fixed-term assignment.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying
- 5–7 years’ experience within a commercial quantity surveying environment
- Hotel project exposure will be beneficial
- Strong contractual and commercial management capabilities
- Valid passport and clear criminal record essential
- Ability to travel and work on a rotational basis internationally
- Fixed-term contract for 12 months
- Site-based role in Malaysia
- Rotation structure of 6 weeks onsite and 2 weeks off
- Market-related salary between R50k and R70k basic
- Additional daily allowance applicable
