About the Role

This is a hands-on, execution-focused marketing role.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building, shipping, and improving, not just planning. As our B2B Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for running our core marketing engine day-to-day, turning ideas into campaigns, content into engagement, and messaging into pipeline support.

You’ll work closely with leadership, sales, and product, but you won’t be waiting for perfect briefs or external support. This role is about taking ownership and making things happen.

If you prefer managing agencies or focusing primarily on strategy, this role is probably not the right fit.

 
Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution (End-to-End) 

  • Plan, build, and execute B2B marketing campaigns across email, social, and web
  • Own campaign timelines, assets, and delivery from concept through to launch
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels 

Content & Social Media

  • Create and publish content across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
  • Translate product features and ideas into clear, engaging messaging
  • Maintain a consistent and credible brand voice

Email Marketing

  • Build and manage email campaigns (newsletters, nurture campaigns, announcements)
  • Segment audiences and optimise messaging for engagement and conversion
  • Track and improve performance over time

Sales Enablement

  • Develop practical marketing collateral (presentations, one-pagers, case studies)
  • Work closely with the sales team to support pipeline generation
  • Bridge the gap between product capability and customer understanding

Events & Webinars

  • Co-ordinate and execute webinars, client events, and industry engagements
  • Manage logistics, promotion, and follow-up communication
  • Ensure events translate into meaningful engagement and leads

Website & Digital Presence

  • Maintain and update website content in line with campaigns and product updates
  • Support landing page creation and optimisation

Performance & Optimisation

  • Track campaign performance across channels
  • Translate data into actionable improvements
  • Focus on continuous refinement rather than reporting for its own sake

What Good Looks Like in This Role

  • Marketing activity is consistent, structured, and visible
  • Campaigns are delivered on time and with quality
  • Sales feels supported by relevant, usable marketing assets
  • Engagement and lead quality improve over time
  • There is clear momentum in how the business shows up in the market

Requirements

  • 3–6 years’ experience in B2B or SaaS marketing
  • Strong writing ability that’s clear, concise, and audience-aware
  • Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with marketing tools (email platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools) 

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Basic design capability (Canva, Figma, or similar)
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM fundamentals
  • Experience supporting webinars or events
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT or similar) to support content creation and marketing execution
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
