Main Purpose: To maintain current customer relationships and searching for new business opportunities.

Key Performance Areas include:

• Plan customer visits and assist customers with the selection of the right products for specific applications.
• Maintain customer relations by clarifying and reporting on ongoing projects and submit feedback using site visit report.
• Facilitate client training on technical aspects such as correct maintenance procedures and support in walk downs on site.
• Create a Marketing plan for future opportunities with existing and new customers to further grow our sales base.
• Compile/prepare sales quotations use CRM and quote register.
• Communicate to Sales Manager through reporting and attending weekly sales meetings.
• Meet Sales budget allocated by the Sales Manager.
• Present the Company from beginning to end including all departments which include Trading, Workshop, Field Service which will show case all our capabilities.
• Create and maintain site plans for each site.
• Maintain and update all contact lists.
• Any other job-related duties as required from time to time.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12/N3.
• Qualification in Sales.
• 3 Years’ technical sales experience.
• Knowledge of valves, pumps and actuators would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of high pressure and control valves would be advantageous.
• Computer literacy (MS Office).
• Valid driver’s licence is essential.
