A leading FMCG manufacturer in Gauteng is seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee operations within a high-volume food extrusion plant. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end production activities, ensuring efficient extrusion processing, optimal plant performance, and the consistent delivery of high-quality, food-safe products in line with customer and business requirements.

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in managing production teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with strict food safety and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong manufacturing professional with deep experience in extrusion processes and FMCG production environments.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Milling Qualification
Pest Control Fumigation Certificate
GFSI training certificate or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position within a food extrusion plant operation
