Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience (homeware/decor background is a massive plus).
• Leadership: Proven ability to coordinate, mentor, and energize a store team.
• Operations: Strong track record with Point of Sale (POS) systems and managing regular stock takes.
• Physical Nature: This is an active, hands-on role requiring the physical ability to handle and move heavy, high-quality luxury rugs.
• Presence: Immaculate presentation, exceptional communication skills, and a self-motivated, target-driven mindset.
