IVANPLATS (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of Ivanhoe Mines, is advancing the development of its world-class palladium-rhodium-nickel-copper-gold project in the Limpopo Province near Mokopane. This unique mineral deposit will be exploited using large mechanised state-of-the-art underground mining methods, deploying the latest technology to   develop this “mine of the future”. Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Code 08 driver’s license
• Computer Literacy (MS Office packages)
• Sequel Scripting, database design and management of the database.
• Software Architecture and integrations.
• Thorough Server Maintenance Experience.
• Competent in mine HRD and HR systems and Learner Management Systems.
• Must have knowledge in ISO 9001:2015.
• Competent and experienced in process / procedure to support the Learner Management System.

Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:
• At least five years’ experience in a HRD Learning Management System function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:
• Provides input into LMS.
• Supports line management in the training requirement of approved Standard operating procedures and MCOP’s, establishing competence for role and organizational culture.
• Ensure consistent and fair application of discipline within the area of responsibility.
• Training resources in compliance with best practice.
• Comply to the required control and information systems and to track the operation performance.
• Promotes Corporate Governance and Company policies and procedures.
• Initiates activities that build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention.
• Interprets human resources policies and procedures and provides guidance to employees and management on such
