Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line IT support to clients and internal users
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist senior technicians with installations, maintenance, and support tasks
- Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Assist with basic server and network support
- Monitor and log support requests and follow up on resolutions
- Maintain professional communication with clients and team members
Candidate Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of:
- Computers and operating systems
- Networks and TCP/IP
- Hardware troubleshooting
- Routers, switches, and Wi-Fi
- IT qualification or relevant certifications will be advantageous
- Strong willingness to learn and grow within the IT industry
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s licence will be advantageous
