A well-established nursing home located in the heart of Cape Town, committed to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Head of College to join their team.

Duties (key result areas/outputs):

Asscesor and moderator for HWSTA and QCTO

Coordinate the teaching and learning of the QCTO HBC program.
Coordinate clinical learning exposure to students between college and clinical areas.
Coordinate the successful submission of QCTO student’s files and exam process.
Moderate student files when necessary.

Competencies (knowledge/skills):

Possess knowledge of relevant Legislation, Acts, Prescripts and Policy frameworks
Proficiency in Facilitation, Assessor and Moderation, QCTO programs and evaluation approaches.
Sound conflict management, decision making / problem solving skills and leadership skills.
Good analytical, managerial and interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy.

Requirements

Registered Nurse with current SANC registration
Post-basic qualification in Nursing Education, Management and community health.
HWSETA and QCTO Modurator
Code 8 driver’s license.
Must be able to build relationships and work in a team.
Possess good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
