We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper & Administrator to manage day-to-day financial records and support general office administration. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling both accounting and administrative tasks including basic HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Manage payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Handle filing, data entry, and document management
- Coordinate office operations and provide administrative support
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Assist with audits and liaise with external accountants
- Assist with statutory returns
Required Skills
- Administration: 1 to 2 years
- Bookkeeping: 1 to 2 years
- Human Resource Mgmt: 1 to 2 years
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
- Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks Online
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
