About the Role
We are seeking a Clinic Divisional Manager for our Gauteng region, responsible for overseeing the operations and management of multiple clinics. This role emphasizes strategic leadership, operational efficiency, and team performance to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction across our network.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the operational activities of several clinics within the division, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve clinic performance, increase patient volume, and enhance overall satisfaction levels.
- Supervise and mentor clinic managers, providing support in daily operations, staff management, and compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to ensure profitability and resource optimization within each clinic.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and external partners, to promote collaboration and improve service offerings.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to drive efficient processes and high-quality care.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of clinic staff to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards, promoting a culture of safety and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in clinic management or a similar role within the healthcare sector, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, with the ability to navigate regulatory requirements effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster effective communication and collaboration among diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management, with a focus on improving operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications in healthcare management or leadership.
- Demonstrable experience in change management, particularly within a multi-site healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare software applications.
- Experience in patient engagement strategies and service improvement initiatives.
