HR Administrator – Port Elizabeth

The above position is available at the Port Elizabeth Branch. Reporting to the

• Branch Manager
• Regional HR Manager 

The purpose of this position is always to ensure a professional and efficient run of the HR Office. 

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric qualification and at least 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Good language proficiency
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Diplomacy and tact when interacting with both internal and external people
• Good telephone etiquette is required
• Good organizational skills
• Computer literacy - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Good multi-tasking abilities
• HR Experience

Key areas of responsibility:

• Filling
• Preparation of Files for New Recruits & CCMA Cases
• Assisting HR Group Employees and Managers
• Scanning and uploading onto the HR System
• Payroll Orders / Allowance / Bonus
• Terminations / Prospercare Claims / Provident Fund Claims / UI19
• Assist with recruitment
