Minimum requirements:

Postgraduate University Degree with a focus in Accounting, Finance, Controlling or equivalent
Postgraduate university degree in Accounting, Finance, Controlling or another relevant qualification, or equivalent relevant working experience
Experience
3+ years relevant work experience
Technical Skills
Proficient in relevant and established controlling software and tools
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, MS Excel (advanced), and MS PowerPoint
Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Financial Reporting & Consolidation
Preparation and reporting of monthly consolidated financial results and overhead costs
Preparation of monthly Executive/Board Packs
Group cost centre reporting with insights to cross-functional stakeholders on monthly Group P&L reporting
Regulatory & Compliance Reporting
Coordination, completion, and compliance of statutory reporting, including Annual Financial Statements (AFS), Tax, and Transfer Pricing for sites and holding company
Preparation of relevant business plans (BP)
Working Capital Management
Review of site reporting and consolidation of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
Treasury management
Monthly reporting and forecasting of group cash flows, FX fluctuations, and AR/AP balances, including recommended actions
Forecasting & Budgeting
Preparation of monthly rolling forecasts of operating expenses by site and on a consolidated basis
Lead annual group and site operational budgeting, including planning, analysis, and consolidation
Balance Sheet Review
Monthly review of site accruals and provisions, including reporting and analysis
