Kern doel van die pos:

Effektiewe oorhoofse beheer en bestuur van meganisasie onderdele en werkswinkel om ‘n volhoubare diens te lewer aan alle OVK Groep kliënte met winsgewindheid. 

Minimum Vereistes:

• Graad 12;
• 4-5 minimum jaar ervaring in meganisasie omgewing;
• Onderdele en/of werkswinkel bestuursondervinding is ‘n vereiste;
• Tegniese agtergrond;
• Geldige rybewys en bereid om te reis.

Vaardighede:

• Rekenaarvaardig;
• Goeie kommunikasie in Afrikaans en Engels;
• Personeelbestuur;
• Natuurlike vermoë om in kompeterende landbou omgewing suksesvol te funksioneer;
• Onderhandelingsvaardighede;
• Onder druk kan funksioneer;
• Goeie mensekennis.

Verantwoordelikhede:

• Finansiële bestuur;
• Personeelbestuur;
• Beheer en bestuur van administrasie;
• Mark aandeel groei;
• Bestuur en onderhoud van bates;

Main purpose of the position:

Effective overall control and management of mechanisation parts and workshop to deliver a sustainable service to all OVK Group clients with profitability.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12;
• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in a mechanisation environment;
• Parts and/or workshop management experience required;
• Technical background;
• Valid driver's license and willing to travel.

Skills:

• Computer literate;
• Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
• Personnel management;
• Natural ability to function successfully in a competitive agricultural environment;
• Negotiation skills;
• Able to function under pressure;
• Good human knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Financial management;

• Management and maintenance of assets;
