·        Ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of AMC Properties. Your primary responsibility will beto address maintenance issues promptly and efficiently, contributing to a safe, clean, and comfortable workspace for employees and visitors.

·        Performing routine inspections of the office premises & yard to identify maintenance needs, such as repairs,replacements, or improvements.

·        Responding promptly to maintenance requests submitted by management, addressing issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, furniture, and fixtures.

·        Conducting minor repairs and adjustments to office furniture, equipment, and appliances, including desks,chairs, cabinets, and kitchen appliances.

·        Troubleshooting and repairing minor electrical and plumbing problems, such as changing light bulbs,unclogging drains, and fixing leaky faucets or burst pipes.

·        Assisting with setting up and rearranging office spaces, including moving furniture, installing shelving units,and mounting whiteboards or artwork.

·        Performing general maintenance tasks, such as painting walls, patching drywall, and replacing ceiling tiles, to maintain a clean and attractive appearance throughout the office.

·        Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of maintenance materials & equipment, putting requests in for replenishing as needed.

·        Do maintenance on all garden equipment & tools, report if damaged & needs to be replaced.

·        Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials and adherence to fire safety protocols.

·        Providing support during office renovations, relocations, or special events, assisting with setup, teardown, and cleanup activities as required.
