We are looking for a hardworking and professional individual to join our HR team. The successful candidate must have strong Human Resources
and Industrial Relations experience, with specific experience in disciplinary procedures, employee relations, and training coordination.
Handling disciplinary procedures, hearings, and investigations
Ensuring compliance with South African labour legislation
Managing employee relations and conflict resolution
Coordinating and facilitating employee training
Assisting with HR administration and record keeping
Drafting warnings, notices, and HR documentation
Supporting management with HR and IR matters
Monitoring attendance, leave, and employee conduct
Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
Ensuring company policies and procedures are implemented correctly
Candidate Requirements
Grade 12
HR qualification will be advantageous
Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR / IR environment
Good knowledge of South African labour legislation
Experience with disciplinary actions and hearings is essential
Experience in training coordination and employee development
Strong administrative and communication skills
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information
Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
Valid driver’s licence
