We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Controller (QC) to join our Client's Animal Feed Factory team.
Conduct quality control inspections on raw materials and finished feed products
Perform sampling and testing according to quality standards and procedures
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements
Record and maintain accurate QC documentation and reports
Identify quality issues and report deviations to management
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards
Assist with stock rotation and monitoring of raw materials
Work closely with production and maintenance teams to improve product quality
Candidate Requirements
Grade 12
Qualification in Quality Control, Food Technology, Agriculture, or related field will be advantageous
Previous QC experience in a feed mill, food production, or manufacturing environment will be advantageous
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Good numerical and recordkeeping skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to work shifts and overtime when required
Willing to work shifts day shifts and nights shifts
