The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, supporting external sales activities, and maintaining strong customer relationships to grow business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to telephonic, email, and walk-in customer enquiries
• Prepare and follow up on quotations
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Support external sales representatives when required
• Assist with tenders and larger projects
• Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
• Achieve sales and service-related KPIs
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records

Minimum Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous internal sales experience essential
• Experience in a technical or industrial environment advantageous
• Strong customer service orientation
• Own reliable transport
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn products
