Employer: Hire Resolve
A prominent, full-service South African law firm specializing heavily in property law and conveyancing, corporate/commercial law, estates, and litigation, is seeking a highly organized Software Support Assistant to support the management and troubleshooting of their firm’s primary conveyancing applications: LegalSuite and LexisConvey.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting: Assist in resolving daily technical issues within LegalSuite (Practice Management/Workflows) and LexisConvey.
User Management: Handle account setups, password resets, and security level configurations.
Liaison: Coordinate with external technical teams at LegalSuite and LexisNexis for advanced resolutions.
Licensing & Compliance: Manage user licensing and schedule certificate renewals/installations across all branches.
Document Integration: Assist in creating and maintaining document templates for conveyancing workflows.
Banking Interfaces: Support and maintain software interfaces with banking portals, including E4, Webconvey, and Attorney Gateway.
Minimum Requirements:
Software Expertise: Proven experience providing technical support to end-users.
Legal Knowledge: A solid understanding of South African conveyancing procedures and workflow logic.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Word skills (specifically styles and complex formatting) and general MS Office proficiency.
Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on document generation and banking interface diagnostics.
Organization: Highly structured with excellent filing and administrative capabilities.
