What You’ll Need

• Education: National Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Engineering.
• Experience: 3-5 years as an Engineering Buyer, ideally within Manufacturing or FMCG.
• Technical Edge: A trade background (Fitter/Electrician) or deep knowledge of engineering spares is a massive plus.
• Systems: Experience managing requisitions and POs within ERP/BMS systems (Syspro, SAP, etc.).

What You’ll Do

• Technical Sourcing: Identify and vet local and international suppliers for critical engineering items.
• Cost Leadership: Drive savings through smart negotiations and volume leverage.
• Team Synergy: Work closely with the maintenance team to manage stock of critical plant components.
