We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled individual who can bridge the gap between concept and execution, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to deliver innovative retail spaces with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop retail store layouts and interior concepts
• Translate design ideas into practical, executable retail environments
• Refine shopfitting components and technical design details
• Create technical drawings and project documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors
• Prepare project-specific BOQs and specifications
• Ensure designs align with brand identity and operational requirements
• Support the implementation of retail projects
• Incorporate scalable and customer-focused design solutions
• Maintain knowledge of retail trends, materials, and construction methods

Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced AutoCAD proficiency
• High-level SketchUp skills
• Familiarity with 3D rendering software
• Understanding of CNC and laser cutting processes
• Strong technical detailing and space planning abilities
• Knowledge of shopfitting and retail construction standards
• Strong creative and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Strong attention to detail and project coordination skills

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture
• 7–15 years’ experience in interior or retail design
• Retail and shopfitting experience advantageous
