Employer: Jordan Human Resources
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a shipping environment, preferably within ship agency operations, with prior exposure to junior operational functions considered essential.
- Maritime or Logistics qualification at NQF Level 4 or 5.
- Willingness and ability to work overtime and after-hours, including weekends and public holidays, in order to support vessel operations while at the terminal.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of stress tolerance and adaptability within a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Proficient computer literacy and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-developed planning and organisational abilities.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to engage confidently and effectively with third parties at all levels.
- Punctual, self-disciplined
- Must possess own reliable transport.
- Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to attend terminal operations at any time when operationally required.
