Our Warehouse Supervisors play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, team performance, and safety standards across the warehouse. We are looking for a hands-on, organised leader who can drive productivity, support staff, and keep daily warehouse functions running efficiently.
Lead warehouse operations. Maintain accuracy. Keep the flow moving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatch, picking, and stock movement
- Supervise, train, motivate, and support warehouse staff
- Allocate workloads, schedule shifts, and monitor team productivity
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report stock discrepancies or damaged items
- Coordinate and participate in inventory counts and stock control processes
- Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, operational procedures, and company policies
- Maintain Health & Safety compliance and conduct routine safety checks
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and efficient space utilisation
- Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance concerns
- Manage attendance, timekeeping, and staff discipline
- Monitor operational KPIs and reporting requirements
- Assist with staff development and toolbox talks
- Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations
- Respond to after-hours alarm activations when required

Skills & Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Good reporting and team coordination abilities
- Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes
- Warehouse systems / WMS experience advantageous
- Understanding of Health & Safety regulations and SOPs
- MS Office proficiency advantageous
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- 3–5 years’ warehouse experience
- 5+ years’ supervisory experience
- Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations
- Experience in staff discipline, IR, and HR fundamentals advantageous
- Physically fit and able to perform warehouse-related tasks
