Our Business Systems and Processes team plays a critical role in enabling the business through effective ERP functionality, process optimisation, and user adoption. As a Training and Implementation Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting system rollouts, ensuring users are confident and capable, and helping the business transition smoothly through system and process changes.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who enjoys training others, coordinating change, and working closely with teams across the business in a dynamic operational environment.
Support system adoption and operational excellence through training and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate implementation activities for new ERP functionality and process changes
- Develop and maintain training guides, user documentation, and rollout material
- Train and support users across departments
- Assist with user acceptance testing, test scenarios, issue logging, and go-live support
- Gather user feedback and translate system functionality into clear operational instructions
- Support departments during system and process transitions
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong communication and training facilitation skills
- Ability to explain system functionality clearly to operational users
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work across departments
- Practical problem-solving ability during system and process changes
- Working knowledge of ERP processes across sales, procurement, inventory, supply chain, and finance
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in training, implementation, or systems coordination roles
- Valid driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel (own vehicle advantageous)
