Are you an experienced Service Manager with a strong focus on planned maintenance, compliance, and SLA delivery?
We’re looking for a structured and results-driven Planned Maintenance Service Manager to take ownership of preventative maintenance programmes across multiple sites. This role is critical in ensuring that all planned maintenance activities are executed on time, in full, and to the highest technical and compliance standards.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Manage and oversee all planned maintenance (PM) schedules, ensuring 100% execution in line with SLAs.
- Ensure all maintenance checklists, job cards, and service records are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor PM compliance across sites, proactively identifying and resolving gaps.
- Coordinate technical teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Track and report on maintenance performance, including completion rates, quality, and SLA adherence.
- Ensure all work is performed in line with Health & Safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Identify service defects during maintenance and ensure corrective actions and quotes are generated.
- Maintain accurate system records and ensure all maintenance activities are logged correctly.
- Engage with clients on service delivery, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive process improvements to enhance maintenance efficiency and compliance.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experience
- 5–10 years’ experience in HVAC or technical service environments.
- Proven experience managing planned maintenance programmes and SLA-driven environments.
- Strong background in preventative maintenance scheduling, execution, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Formal Qualification / Program in Maintenance Coordination / Maintenance Planning
Skills & Attributes
- Strong CRM and data management capability.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC maintenance and servicing.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Strong focus on compliance, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and large maintenance schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
- Strong reporting and analytical capability.
- Effective communication and client engagement skills.
- Able to work independently and deliver measurable value.
