Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Quality Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every product leaving the facility meets the highest safety and quality standards. Your daily tasks will include:

• Product Testing: Conducting routine physical, chemical, and sensory evaluations of raw materials and finished goods.

• Compliance Monitoring: Assisting in the maintenance of food safety management systems and ensuring all production processes adhere to strict industry regulations.

• Documentation: Accurately recording test results, maintaining laboratory logs, and assisting with the preparation of quality reports.

• Hygiene Inspections: Conducting regular floor walks to monitor GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and workplace hygiene.

Requirements
