Minimum requirements:

Mature professional with proven accounting and management experience
Open to all suitably qualified candidates
Strong personality with the ability to lead and manage a large, diverse team
Confident in engaging and presenting at EXCO and Board level
Payroll experience would be advantageous, though not essential
Matric / Grade 12
B Com Accounting – Required
SAIPA accredited – Required
Microsoft office
3 – 5 years relevant financial experience
Knowledge of General Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Knowledge of relevant legislation
Knowledge of Internal Financial Reporting Standards
(IFRS)
Knowledge of budgeting processes
Understanding financial accounting and treasury
Technical Proficiency of financial systems: BPO, EVO
and Sage
Effective Communication skills
Drive and energy
Analytical thinking
