Description:
Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced GCC Engineer to join their mining company based in KwaZulu-Natal. You will be responsible for managing engineering operations to ensure safe, compliant and efficient maintenance and performance of operational assets and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee engineering maintenance and reliability of operational assets and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety and engineering standards.
• Manage planned, preventative and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement improvement initiatives.
• Supervise engineering teams and contractors to ensure safe and efficient execution of work.
• Support budgeting, cost control and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• GCC Mines & Works
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 5 years' experience as an Engineer within the mining industry (POST GCC)
• Valid Driver's License
