Wanama is seeking a Deployment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, training, and support of systems within client environments, ensuring a seamless implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure systems at client sites
• Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues
• Assist clients with procurement and inventory workflows
• Maintain accurate system data and documentation
• Ensure professional and effective communication with clients
• Manage system catalogue data with strong attention to detail

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Willingness to travel and work after hours when required
• Clear criminal record

Experience & Skills Required

• Experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant operations
• Understanding of procurement, stock control, and inventory systems
• Experience with purchase orders and workflow processes
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Exposure to cloud-based systems and databases
• Ability to train users and provide support
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
