Century City. Salary R15k. Own vehicle needed.

Hours Mon-Friday 8-5 although flexi-hours do apply.

My client is a well-known established company within the fashion/garment apparel industry.

My client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their small team in the clothing industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things organized and running smoothly.

Candidate Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support
Manage orders, documents and filing systems
Handle scheduling, emails, and correspondence
Assist with day-to-day office operations
Liaise and attend brief meetings with customers.
Prepare for all meetings with customers and suppliers.
Check all PO’s received from customer.
Ensure all communications to the customer and suppliers are clear.

· General Admin and maintenance of style files on a daily basis.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Pleasant, professional personality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
