Financial ManagerBritsMarket Related Salary (Depending on experience)Our client in the agricultural sector is looking for a Financial Manager to join their team in Brits area.

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
Professional qualification advantageous such as CA(SA), CIMA, or equivalent
Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in a Financial Management role
Experience within agriculture, fresh produce, packhouse, or manufacturing environments preferred
Strong experience in cost accounting and operational finance
Proven track record managing audits and statutory compliance
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
Costing experience including activity-based or standard costing
Knowledge of tax compliance including VAT, PAYE, and SARS submissions
Proficient in ERP/accounting systems such as Sage or Pastel, and MS Office
Experience within export environments and foreign currency exposure advantageous
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and seasonal operational environment
Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
Stable employment track record
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
