Job Title: Event Coordinator
Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator to plan, execute, and oversee a variety of events. The successful candidate will handle all aspects of event planning, including logistics, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site coordination to ensure each event runs smoothly and meets client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to determine event needs, objectives, and budgets
Develop and manage event timelines, plans, and budgets
Coordinate with vendors, venues, suppliers, and stakeholders
Manage event logistics such as catering, transportation, accommodations, and equipment
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
Promote events through various marketing channels as needed
Provide on-site support during events to troubleshoot and manage issues
Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports

Qualifications:

Proven experience in event planning or coordination
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
