Who You Are:

✔ 3+ years of experience in crypto OTC, FX brokerage, or institutional sales. ✔ Demonstrated revenue track record with a proven ability to generate commission-based results.
✔ Leadership-ready with the drive to recruit, mentor, and expand a multi-tiered sales team.
✔ Strategic and self-driven, showing high initiative rather than waiting for direction.
✔ Commercially accountable with an ownership mindset toward desk strategy.
✔ Well-connected, possessing an existing network of HNW or institutional clients.

Your Responsibilities:

✔ Drive OTC crypto trading volumes by capturing spot and block flow from large-scale traders. ✔ Expand global FX and payment flows by leveraging a deep understanding of the cross-border landscape. ✔ Build and lead a three-tier sales force, including BD leads, sales reps, and field agents. ✔ Activate and monetize client relationships through consistent outreach, events, and networking. ✔ Onboard HNW and institutional clients by presenting the firm's competitive liquidity and desk services.
✔ Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure all onboarding aligns with AML and regulatory frameworks.
