Job OverviewWe are seeking a professional, organised, and customer-focused Reservations / Bookings & Client Liaison Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bookings and reservations, maintaining excellent client relationships, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments.The ideal candidate must have strong administrative abilities, excellent communication skills this position requires a canidate that has experience in sales, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional client service
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Relevant administrative, customer service, or coordination qualification will be
advantageous
- Minimum of 2 yearsâ experience in Sales, reservations, bookings, administration,
and or client liaison roles
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional and well-presented
- Afrikaans and English speaking (advantageous)
- Valid driverâs licence
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all bookings, reservations, and scheduling arrangements
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding bookings, confirmations, and
queries
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and client requirements
- Maintain accurate booking and client records
- Follow up with clients regarding confirmations, changes, and feedback
- Ensure all reservation details are captured accurately and timeously
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Handle client complaints and queries professionally and efficiently
- Assist with administrative duties and general office coordination
- Prepare reports, schedules, and booking summaries when required
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
- Duties that include Sales and Sales administration
