We’re on the hunt for a seasoned Perishable (export) Controller to join a highly successful team. This is a high-impact role where precision, speed, and customer service excellence come together to keep exports moving seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare export customs and shipping documentation with accuracy.
Manage weekly export files and ensure shipments meet airline cut-offs.
Handle client requests professionally and provide timely updates.
Coordinate perishable, general cargo, and DGR packaging with service providers.
Oversee collections and deliveries with warehouse and logistics partners.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric certificate or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in perishable and general cargo or similar role.
Solid knowledge of the airfreight industry.
Strong computer literacy, including Excel and Shipshape.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure.
Code 08 driver’s license and own transport.
