A growing organisation is seeking an Internal Auditor to join their team. The

successful candidate will assist with the internal audit programme by assessing the

adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, while ensuring compliance with

operational policies, procedures, and controls. This role offers exposure to various

functions within the business to provide well-rounded knowledge and

understanding of processes and procedures. Travelling to different sites will be

required from time to time.

Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7)

• BCom Honours Degree would be advantageous

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience

• Internal Auditing as a subject in qualification

• Knowledge of IFRS

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments and assist with audit planning

• Draft internal audit programmes and reports

• Analyse reports and audit findings

• Perform sample selection and testing

• Provide feedback and discuss findings with management

• Track audit engagements and monitor corrective actions

• Assist with investigations, stock takes, and administrative duties
