About the Role
We are seeking a Site Manager with expertise in estate management, who holds a PSIRA Grade A certification. This role focuses on overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and security standards, and enhancing the overall management of commercial or residential estates.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the estate, ensuring all activities align with regulatory and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Manage a team of security staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high levels of service.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, liaising with contractors and service providers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, clients, and property management teams.
- Monitor security systems and protocols, ensuring they are up to date and effective against potential threats.
- Create and manage site budgets, ensuring all expenditures are accounted for and within budget constraints.
- Report on site performance, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management regularly.

Requirements
- Proven track record in site management or estate management roles.
- Valid PSIRA Grade A certification is essential.
- Demonstrable experience in security operations, risk management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of property management regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in using management software and tools relevant to property and estate management.

Preferred Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in property management, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience in working with commercial real estate or residential estates.
- Additional industry certifications in security management or property management.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertinent to estate management.
