About the Role

We are looking for a high octane Sales Professional who understands the "physical" in physical marketing. You aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty looking at substrates, and you thrive on the adrenaline of high volume, deadline driven campaigns.
What You’ll Do
The Hunt: Identify and close new business opportunities with political organizations, retail chains, and marketing agencies.
The Strategy: Act as a consultant, advising clients on the best materials (Correx, PVC, Foamex) and production methods for their specific needs.
The Bridge: Manage the "Broker Triangle" balancing client expectations, strict deadlines, and our network of print production partners.
The Growth: Build a robust pipeline and manage long-term accounts, ensuring Kodisso is the first call for every seasonal rollout or election cycle.

Candidate Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Industry Veterans: 3+ years of sales experience in Large Format Printing, Signage, or Print Brokerage. If you know the difference between UV and Latex printing, you’re in the right place.
The "Election" Mindset: You stay calm when things get busy. You understand that in our world, "delivered tomorrow" usually means "needed yesterday."
The Networker: A proven track record of selling to decision makers in marketing, procurement, or campaign management.
Technical Eye: You can read a spec sheet, spot a potential file error, and suggest the right board thickness for a 20km/h wind zone.
