Spares Picker Packer

Legal requirements: Must be a South African Citizen with a clean criminal background and a valid drivers license - checks will be done on shortlisted applicants.
Appointment: Permanent, full-time position
Salary: R 7 845 (basic salary, not negotiable) 
Benefits: Provident Fund and December Bonus
Working hours: Working Hours: Monday – Friday (08:00 to 17:00) & Saturday 08:00 – 13:00

• Criminal background check and license verifications will be done.


• Focused on the identification, retrieval, and packaging of technical components or automotive parts. Precision and attention to detail are critical, as many spare parts look similar but have distinct technical specifications.

  Order Picking: Accurately locate and pull spare parts from storage bins using pick slips or handheld scanners.

  Part Verification: Confirm part numbers, serial numbers, and quantities against orders to ensure technical compatibility.

  Quality Control: Inspect parts for damage, rust, or defects before they are prepared for dispatch.

  
  


• 
  

  Secure Packaging: Wrap and pack components—ranging from fragile electronics to heavy mechanical gears—using appropriate materials to prevent transit damage.

  Labelling: Apply accurate shipping labels, "Fragile" stickers, and technical documentation to outgoing parcels.

  
  


• 
  

  Stock Maintenance: Help with bin replenishment and ensure that returned parts are correctly processed back into inventory.
