TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Clerk: Finance within the Financial Services division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

Job Summary
This role involves providing financial and administrative support by handling daily invoicing, capturing payments, performing reconciliations, managing deposit allocations, and assisting with month-end processes to ensure accurate and efficient finance operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Process invoices, payments and reimbursements
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Manage accounts receivable and payable
• Perform bank, account and asset reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes
• Prepare financial reports and management summaries
• Monitor budgets and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements
• Assist with asset management and record-keeping
• Liaise with suppliers, clients, auditors and internal stakeholders
• Maintain filing systems and financial databases
• Support efficient financial administration processes

Qualifications and Skills

• Matric / Grade 12
• Finance or Accounting qualification (advantageous)
• 1–2 years’ financial administration experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of financial processes and reconciliations
• Strong mathematical, organisational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, adaptable and able to work in a team
