To oversee daily operations in the service department, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality service delivery, strong team performance, and excellent customer service. The role also ensures compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and effective resource management

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification
3-5 Years experience in operations and supervisory roles
Strong management skills
Excellent communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in a coordination, scheduling, or administrative role
Ms Office (Syspro knowledge would be an advantage)
Oversee daily operations within the service department
Deliver and maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
Manage and resolve customer inquiries and service-related issues promptly
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and industry regulations
Coordinate workflow and allocate labour resources effectively across the team
Implement and oversee field-based training and development programmes (including safety and product knowledge)
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and promote a safe working environment
Provide technical support and guidance to clients and field teams
Support the delivery of high-quality, safe and reliable service solutions
