Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee all daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence
• Warehouse management and streamlining of workflows
• Managing of despatch and outbound logistics
• Ensure effective stock control, stock availability, and minimize stock losses
• Drive a high-performance branch culture through strong leadership and people management
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers
• Deliver exceptional private sales customer service and grow the branch’s private sales customer base
• Deliver exceptional insurance division service
• Monitor operational processes and continuously improve efficiencies
• Handle customer queries professionally and correctly
• Maintain a high-level of communication with all divisions within the branch and Head Office
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards

Requirements
• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in a management role
• Proven experience in operations and team leadership
• Strong warehouse management experience
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent people management and communication ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Matric (essential); relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
