Operating nationally with a massive portfolio of over 2,000 product lines, they supply the home, office, and school sectors. They are currently scaling their operations and seeking a strategic leader to drive their next phase of growth.

Who You Are:

✔ 5–8+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role

✔ Expert in multi-channel campaigns (Digital, SEO/SEM, Social, and Paid Media)

✔ A strategic thinker with strong execution and project management skills

✔ Data-driven with a focus on ROI and performance metrics

✔ A collaborative leader capable of managing and developing a team

✔ Proactive and adaptable with an entrepreneurial mindset

Candidate Requirements

Your Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and execute annual marketing strategies to drive brand growth and revenue

✔ Manage multi-channel campaigns using HubSpot, Salesforce, and GA4 to optimize reach

✔ Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and finance to ensure brand consistency

✔ Oversee brand identity across all touchpoints to maintain market leadership

✔ Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and align with business goals

✔ Drive innovation by staying ahead of digital trends, AI tools, and POPIA compliance

What You Need:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business (Postgrad preferred)

✔ Sector experience in FMCG, stationery, retail, or manufacturing

✔ Tech stack proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Adobe Creative Suite

✔ Analytical expertise in GA4, Meta Business Suite, and market research

✔ Market knowledge of South African digital trends and privacy regulations

✔ Strong communication skills and high ethical standards for brand integrity
