Hyundai Automotive South Africa is looking for a Fleet Key Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with Fleet and Rental clients while ensuring optimal operational performance across the dealer network. The role focuses on minimising downtime, improving service delivery, analysing operational trends, and ensuring adherence to Fleet and Rental processes to drive customer satisfaction and business performance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance relationships with Fleet and Rental clients
• Ensure continuous communication and support to clients
• Monitor and improve downtime across the dealer network
• Support dealer network with Fleet and Rental vehicles
• Conduct regular visits to the dealer network
• Ensure dealer compliance with Fleet and Rental processes
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Analyse reports from rental companies and provide actionable feedback
• Monitor trends within the dealer network and provide insights
• Assist Technical teams with trend-related information
• Assist dealer network with ETA updates on outstanding parts
• Allocate payments related to downtime invoices
• Implement and coordinate rental compensation processes
• Issue downtime vouchers to rental companies
• Organise and conduct Campaign Days at Rental companies
• Attend and facilitate regular meetings with Fleet and Rental clients (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Analyse SAVRALA results and compile action plans for improvement
• Supervise and analyse captured data from staff
• Willingness to travel (up to 4 days per week depending on region – Durban, Cape Town, Polokwane, etc.)

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum: 3–5 years in fleet, automotive, or key account management
• Preferred: Experience within fleet or rental operations and dealer network environments
