We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester to join our plastic blow moulding manufacturing team. The successful candidate must have previous experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong knowledge of quality control systems and ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality inspections and testing on plastic blow moulded products during production and before dispatch.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications and standards.
Identify defects, non-conformances, and quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management system requirements.
Work closely with production and maintenance teams to improve product quality and reduce waste.
Supervise quality control procedures on the factory floor.
Report quality concerns, trends, and corrective actions to management.
Assist with internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure measuring equipment and testing tools are properly calibrated and maintained.
Required Skills
- Quality Control: 3 to 4 years
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic blow moulding or plastics manufacturing.
Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality management systems.
Ability to read and interpret quality specifications and technical drawings.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong supervisory and communication abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in report writing and Microsoft Office.
Relevant quality or manufacturing qualification will be advantageous.
